Wednesday 16th April - NARC Live! 7.30pm
Every Wednesday the weekly NARC Live! magazine programme with news and features for members of Norfolk Amateur Radio Club.
Tonight we are very pleased to welcome Dave Wilson M0OBW, who is the President of the RSGB and their Examination Quality Assurance Manager. I will be talking to Dave about his work in the RSGB, including the recent changes in online radio license exams and the brand new remote online invigilation brought in just last week as one of the steps to help amateurs during the Covid-19 crisis.
The interview will be live by video link and so we will welcome questions and feedback for Dave, either sent in advance or via live messages on Facebook live or the clubs BATC stream. (if you wish to send questions or points in advance please email them to before 4pm on Wednesday).
We will also be talking to Matt M0PTO about his new "Lockdown Morse" feature which launches on social media this Monday, as well as sharing any other stories or pictures you send in. We will also be revealing 'who worked from a shack like this' and sharing a new one for you to guess.
Watch, comment and question live from 7.30pm BST either on BATC:
batc.org.uk/live/NARC
Or the Clubs Facebook page:

Keeping cheerful...
Whilst most of us have plenty of things to do and sources of entertainment, lets bear in mind that some people are not well, have birthdays or anniversarys which they cannot celebrate, or maybe just feeling completely overwhelmed and isolated with this lockdown. Now more than ever a greeting card can really make someones day, so if you know anyone who might really appreciate a card I will be happy to arrange and send on behalf of the club. Just drop me an email with details....
Thats all from me for now - contributions for NARC Live! and the newsletter please on any radio & technology related issue, or just if we can help someone...
Take care, stay well, stay inside.
